Susan Reid is Managing Director and Global Head of Talent at Morgan Stanley, where she leads talent acquisition, leadership development, and inclusion efforts for a global workforce. She is a member of the Firm's Management Committee and helped launch the Morgan Stanley Institute for Inclusion.

Susan's work is rooted in a lifelong commitment to expanding opportunity through education, mentorship, and workforce development. She serves as a Trustee of the Morgan Stanley Foundation and sits on the board of directors for Safe Horizon and Coqual, while also serving on the advisory boards of iMentor New York City and Catalyst.
