Guillermo Martín is an educator, systems thinker, and author of The Cooperation Paradigm. With a background in environmental science and more than a decade of experience in education, his work explores one fundamental question: What are the universal principles that allow people, organizations, and societies to thrive?

Drawing on systems thinking, ecology, behavioral science, and game theory, Guillermo proposes a new way of understanding progress—one rooted in systemic health rather than ideology.
